HOW TO FRANCHISE

Franchise Application Process. Choose among the choices and follow the steps.

A. RECOMMENDED

1. Set an appointment to have a FREE and NO COMMITMENT Orientation with the Franchise Agent (CALL: 0915-592-5823 / 0928-877-6382 to Set an Appointment Immediately). We are open during Mondays and Saturday from 10am to 4pm only. Exact Address will be followed.
2. Decide what package to choose. Fill up the Application Form and sketch of your location.
3. Pay the Franchise Package ( CASH, CREDIT CARDS or DATED CHECK ).
4. Submit a Valid ID with picture and sign the Franchise Contract good for 1 year (Renewable w/o renewal fees).
5. Attend the Franchise Seminar which will discuss on how to operate the franchising business and Crew Training during Sundays at 9am-12nn or 10am-1pm only.
6. Scheduled release, pick-up/delivery of Franchise Package.
7. Start you Food Cart Operation.

B. ONLINE FOOD CART TRANSACTION (If you live outside Metro Manila, Visayas and Mindanao Area)

1. Call us immediately so we can guide you on the details and process accordingly.
2. From the details we have sent to you via email or phone, choose your desired Franchise Package. Download the Application Form below.
3. Print the Application Form and fill it up.
4. Deposit your payment through the Company's BDO Account.                                                                  Bank: Banko De Oro ( BDO )
   Account Name: First Smile Franchise and Business Development Services
   Account Number: 3900-150-375
5. Scan the Filled up Application Form together with the Deposit Slip and Valid ID with picture and signature.
6. Send those Scanned Documents on my email. (bukomadness@ymail.com)
7. After we receive the Scanned Documents, we will send you the Franchise Contract Renewable within 1 year without renewal fees and the DTI Permit.
8. Official Receipt will be issued after 3 days clearing.
9. Release of Food Cart will be 3-4 weeks after franchising for those who haven't yet a location. If you already have your location, we can rush it and have your food cart 2-3 weeks as long as you sent to us the sketch of your location.
10. For FREE Delivery, you just need to order minimum products worth P15,000. Product choices will depend on your chosen concept/s. (REQUIRED)
11. Delivery of  your package and products will depend on your location. Our Operational Staff will do.
12. Wait to have your Completely Delivered Food Cart and start your Franchise Operation.
